The Urban Land Institute (ULI) seeks a dynamic and globally minded executive to serve as its new Senior Executive Director, National Council Network (APAC). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to strengthen and expand ULI’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region while advancing the organization’s mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.

Founded in 1936, ULI is a global, member-led nonprofit research and education organization with approximately 48,000 members representing every facet of the land use and real estate development industry. As the preeminent multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI brings together industry leaders and policymakers dedicated to creating better places. Through its network of National Councils, ULI connects members locally and globally to foster professional excellence, innovation, and community impact.

ULI’s next Senior Executive Director, National Council Network (APAC) will serve as a strategic and operational partner to National Council leaders throughout the region, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional member value through strong programming, membership growth, and sustainable financial performance. Working closely with the Global CEO and regional leadership, this individual will help strengthen alignment between the APAC National Councils and the broader global organization while promoting collaboration across regions.

The Senior Executive Director will oversee the resources, staff, and operations supporting the APAC National Council Network Shared Services function and will play a key role in driving membership growth, enhancing member experiences, and supporting sponsorship and revenue development initiatives. As a connector across the APAC region, the Americas, EMEA, and global headquarters in Washington, D.C., this individual will champion best practices, support volunteer leadership, and help ensure the continued success and sustainability of ULI’s National Councils. The position will be based within the Asia-Pacific region.
