The International Carwash Association (ICA) seeks a strategic, data-driven Vice President, Growth who will lead the organization’s new Growth Unit which will accelerate awareness, acquisition, product innovation, and membership growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President will build and run ICA’s full-funnel demand generation engine, establish and own top-of-funnel performance metrics, lead a disciplined product innovation process, and serve as the enterprise’s functional marketing leader. This leader will also be responsible for membership as a product, continuously strengthening its value proposition, pricing, acquisition, onboarding, renewal, and relevance to member store performance.

ICA is the nonprofit organization representing the car wash industry in the United States and uniting it around the world. Its community includes 2,000 member companies representing more than 15,000 car washes across dozens of countries. ICA has a budget of $11 million and a staff of 15, with a singular mission to support the car wash industry and strengthen its community of retailers and suppliers.

This person will bring 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or membership/subscription-customer growth, including senior-level budget or P&L accountability. The successful candidate will have a track record of scaling full-funnel acquisition programs, owning a membership, subscription, or recurring-revenue product, and building disciplined product innovation or portfolio-review processes. Fluency with CRM and marketing technology platforms and the ability to align teams as an enterprise leader are essential. The role is based at ICA’s headquarters in Wheaton, Illinois, with an on-site/hybrid work arrangement.
