Michele M. Smith

Her colleagues like to describe Michele as “the complete package.”  She certainly has a great track record in her role at Vetted Solutions, with a reputation for thoroughness, attention to detail and superb communication skills.  But she also brings real-world practical experience in marketing and modern computer technology across some of the most important sectors in our economy—health care and life sciences, financial services, telecommunications and energy, to name just a few.  

Her special combination of excellence in all aspects of executive search and deep insights into results-oriented leadership requirements has made her a favorite of a long list of clients and her Vetted Solutions teammates.  Her pro-active and holistic approach to solving problems and finding innovative leadership solutions has earned special notice among clients, leading to several high-levels awards and recognition.  

Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education, K-12 from St. Thomas Aquinas College. She volunteers as Director of Public Relations for a nonprofit that teaches older adults, the underserved and those with a need to learn how to use computer technology.
