Caroline Cash Joins GHSA
The Governors Highway Safety Association selected Caroline Cash as its chief communications officer. At GHSA, she leads marketing and communication strategies and efforts to drive engagement across all communication platforms. Vetted Solutions partnered with GHSA on the executive search.
Cash joins GHSA with an extensive highway safety background. As senior highway safety specialist at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), she managed a portfolio of programs including judicial and probation outreach and education and Driving While Intoxicated Court education and expansion. She also coordinated the State Impaired Driving Assessment Program and for a decade served as the NHTSA Lifesavers Committee liaison for the Lifesavers Highway Safety Conference. Before NHTSA, Cash served as executive director of Mothers Against Drunk Driving Maryland.
