Samantha Rosenberg Joins ASCE
The American Society of Civil Engineers has named Samantha Rosenberg, CAE, SPHR, SHRM-SCP its new chief human resources officer, effective October 2026, following an executive search facilitated by Vetted Solutions.
Rosenberg brings an extensive background in building the people and governance infrastructure that helps organizations grow. Among her past roles are that of chief people and governance officer at the $20 million Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine and director of human resources at IESC—Improving Economies for Stronger Communities.
