CFP Board Announces Ben Roberts as New Managing Director, Program Development
In his new role at CFP Board, Ben Roberts, CPTD, SHRM-SCP, will lead programs that support CFP professionals in delivering competent, ethical financial planning to the public. Roberts joins the executive leadership team as managing director of program development.
Roberts brings to the role more than 20 years of corporate experience in workplace learning and program development across diverse industries. Before joining CFP Board, he designed and delivered executive leadership development programs as vice president, global human resources and people operations, at Silverchair, an independent platform partner for scholarly and professional publishers. Previously, Roberts was senior manager, learning and development, at Deloitte, where he led a team managing leadership curricula and delivery for more than 180,000 professionals.
